Application Features

1. acid electrolyte resistance. Emulsion stability, not hierarchical, not floating oil, no wax spots.

2. Compared with the conventional softeners, with more soft, fluffy, smooth feel.

3. yellowing lower, but the light-colored fabric and bleached fabric caution.

4. Working pH value between 4.5 to 5.0, soft best.

Reference Application Process:

Use a soft wet Oil GL-2608- often diluted with water 5-10 times the amount of:

1. Padding: 10 ~ 80 g / L

         Temperature: 30 ~ 50 ℃

         Padding way: a Baptist or a rolling Second Baptist Second rolling

2. Dipping

         Dosage: 2 ~ 10% (o.w.f)

         Temperature: 30 ~ 50 ℃

         Time: 15 ~ 20min
